2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 29jl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify 29jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 29jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. Any transactions completed using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to such transactions.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 29jl currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. 29jl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to applicable limits.
4.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 29jl account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 29jl complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
4.5 Prohibited Payment Methods. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported on the 29jl Platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency transactions of any kind are not accepted.
5.1 29jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 29jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method deemed abusive by 29jl will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6.2 Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, 29jl reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 29jl's decision in such matters shall be final.

11.2 29jl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.3 In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 29jl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
29jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notice on the Platform. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by 29jl may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
